Building momentum in the first half of 2025
As we move through the first half of 2025, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the momentum we’ve built and the milestones we’ve achieved. This year has already brought exciting progress, from completed projects to construction milestones.
Here’s a look at what 2025 has delivered so far and a glimpse of what’s still to come.
Delivering more than just our own developments
We were thrilled to be engaged by EE Muir for a commercial fit-out and renovation of their head office in Laverton North, a completely external project for the team. We managed and delivered the project end-to-end alongside our trusted Hamilton Group partners:
- Bayside Demolition – Demolition
- Hamilton Clark – Design
- Versatile Windows – Windows
- Pavilion Joinery – Custom joinery
- Hamilton Green – Landscaping
- Harris Steel Fabrication – Steel works
- Hamilton Group – Fit-out delivery
Construction is now complete, and we’ve officially handed over the keys. We look forward to sharing more on this project in the coming weeks.

We’ve also started renovations for the Barwon Health Foundation’s new site on Myer Street, set inside a beautiful heritage building. We’re excited to bring our heritage restoration experience to such an incredible organisation. And watch this space for another exciting collaboration coming soon… let’s just say, it’s going to be a tasty one.
Hamo Hospitality is showing no signs of slowing down
Our hospitality division, Hamo Hospitality has just opened its newest venue – The Retreat. Our team reimagined and restored the former Bareena Post Office into an intimate venue with French-inspired cuisine. You can read more about the The Retreat here.
The trades are now working on MexiCams, which is planned to open in a few months at the Federal Mills. This venue is something else, stay tuned for updates!
Paddock Bakery Geelong celebrated it’s first birthday last month and is also expanding, with a second Victoria venue opening in Bendigo. Currently in the design phase, this new location will be offering sourdough and crème brûlée donuts in no time. Tell your Bendigo friends to get ready!
Bright & Hitchocks is coming!
Our Bright & Hitchcocks development in the heart of Geelong continues to take shape. Internal demolition is now complete, and façade works have begun.
We know there’s a lot of community interest and we’re just as excited. This iconic site will soon be transformed into a vibrant destination with some pretty cool opportunities in the works. Watch this space as the precinct comes to life.
Henderson’s: Industrial legacy meets modern innovation
A former hub of Geelong’s manufacturing past, Henderson’s is being transformed into a dynamic commercial precinct within the award-winning Pivot City Innovation District. Currently in stage 1 which includes car parking and roof work. This is an exciting office space, and if you want to join the lively business precinct, contact us today—there are 29 spots available.

Right next to Henderson’s, the team has just completed the Sexyland build and a office fit-out at Glass House G14 for Infrastructure Products Australia.
Sexyland’s space mirrors the design of the Glass House precinct with an iconic glass façade, slanted rooftop, and polished concrete floors ready for tenants to do their own fit-out.

Commitment to quality and sustainability
We’re proud to share that our ISO accreditation has been renewed for a second year — a testament to our ongoing commitment to delivering quality outcomes across all aspects of the business.
This accreditation extends beyond our construction and fit-out teams, applying to our wider group, including Bayside Demolition, Hamilton Green, Hamilton Clark, Geelong Roller Blinds, and Versatile Windows & Doors, among others.
