Design that works
The brief was to create a modern industrial-style workspace that reflects the Hamilton Group’s signature aesthetic.
Hamilton Clark bought the vision to life with enhanced natural lighting, open-plan desk space, thoughtfully placed glass offices around the perimeter, modern breakroom and amenities with greenery throughout.
A standout feature is the set of arch windows in the foyer, crafted by Versatile Windows, which replicate the original windows from the business’s very first shopfront in Melbourne.
Quality and precision
The custom joinery by Pavilion Joinery enhances every space, from the print station and bathroom vanities to the bench seating in the breakout room. The cabinetry extends to the front display area, entryway, and cleaners’ storage, showcasing a thoughtful design that seamlessly combines functionality with a cohesive aesthetic.
The spacious office design includes an open-plan workspace, 22 private offices, several meeting rooms, three boardrooms, fully equipped amenities, a kitchen, and a dedicated breakout room, all expertly constructed and fitted by our skilled trades team.
Hamilton Green completed the landscaping, which included concreting and a fresh garden bed along the front of the building, complementing the new fit-out.
