Hamilton Group Projects team delivered the new head office and retail fitout for national clothing retailer RB Sellars, supporting its strategic relocation from Melbourne to Geelong.
The 1122 sqm space incorporates a front of house retail store, a head office workplace at the rear, and a mezzanine level boardroom overlooking the ground floor. The layout is carefully designed to balance customer experience with efficient day to day operations.
The retail fitout features an open, branded showroom designed to elevate the in-store experience, complete with integrated storage, change rooms, custom joinery, fixtures and fittings. Every element was delivered with a focus on quality, detail and longevity, ensuring the space operates as a true retail destination.
Beyond retail, the project also delivered a contemporary workplace fitout designed for collaboration and flexibility. The office includes meeting rooms, private offices, open collaborative workspaces, amenities and a breakout area, supporting both focused work and team connection.
By bringing retail and workplace together under one roof, the space allows RB Sellars to align their brand, people and customers within a single, purpose built environment in North Geelong.
