Celebrating the incredible project and construction milestones delivered by the Hamilton Group Projects team in 2025.
From workplace and hospitality fitouts to large-scale commercial projects, Hamilton Group Projects team has delivered standout spaces and achieved major construction milestones across Victoria this year. Here’s a look at our 2025 highlights.
Commercial construction projects
Henderson’s project, North Geelong: Construction kicked off earlier this year at the former car parts manufacturer, with stages 1 and 2 well underway. The roof is complete, mezzanine levels are taking shape thanks to Geelong Steel Fabrication, and Versatile Windows has installed windows along the southern façade. Completion is programmed for Q2 2026, delivering premium office spaces with up to 29 tenancies available.
Brights and Moorabool Street project, Geelong: This year, construction began on the old Bright and Hitchcocks building and neighbouring Moorabool Street shops in Geelong. The façade and interiors of the Moorabool Street shops are complete, ready for fitout, while Brights now boasts fresh render, paint, new windows, and restored signage. Inside, the first floor’s north end is rebuilt, with construction continuing into 2026.
Sexyland project, North Geelong: Construction of the standalone Sexyland retail store in North Geelong was completed and handed over to the client for fitout in Q2 2025. The building features a glass façade, polished concrete floors, and an iconic sawtooth roof.
The Regent project, Geelong: The Hamilton Group Projects team recently recommenced internal construction on the historic Regent Theatre on the corner of Little Malop and Union Street. The most recent progress includes works by Geelong Steel Fabrication who have been assisting with structural requirements to open up the internal space.
