Portfolio to grow to eight venues by end of 2025
Hamo Hospitality, the hospitality arm of the Hamilton Group, is growing fast!
From two venues at the start of 2024 to five today! The current portfolio includes 1915 Restaurant & Bar, Paddock Bakery Burleigh and Geelong, Woolstore Restaurant & Bar, and The Retreat Restaurant & Bar, with three more venues joining the line-up by the end of 2025.
Each venue offers something different, but they all share the same core values: quality produce, excellent service and sense of community.
What’s coming
The Paddock Bakery x Barwon Health Foundation
We’re teaming up with Barwon Health Foundation to launch a pop-up at their office at 192 Myers Street. Opening next month, the site will serve takeaway coffee, pastries and lunch. Every purchase will help support the Foundation’s work in our community.
The Paddock Bakery Bendigo
Paddock is heading to Bendigo. We’re excited to bring woodfired sourdough and crème brûlée donuts to a new regional audience.
MexiCam’s at Federal Mills
Construction is underway at MexiCam’s, a one-of-a-kind venue coming soon to Federal Mills. Think tacos, tequila and good times. It’s something fresh for Geelong, and the team can’t wait to start pouring margaritas.
